New Creations

Wow, it's been a while since I've been on here! Crazy stuff!! But I'm back and actually have two new works to share here! The first one that I have is called Blue Energy Stream, and I can honestly say that I'm proud of it, even though it's simple. All I did was make one background, and just did a ton of effects on it until you see the end result!

This next one is actually part of Blue Energy Stream, but I just changed the color and manipulated it more! I can't really figure out a name for it, so I just call it Green Background because that's what it is. Not the best one in the world, but oh well. I'm still learning.

Tell me what you think of these and if I need to change something. I already now that the Green Background could use something in it, but I just don't know what. Tell me what you think.

Awesome artworks as always Julio! Here is something I am working on: The head was made in a program called: Sculptris, the stone texture was made in Paint.Net, and the moss was made in Photoshop (but I added it to the head in PDN). I still dont like the moss... I need to change something, and I still need to make a background. So this is still very much a WIP (work in progress), but I thought I would share it with you all.

Left Behind

Wow, I haven't posted here for a long time, and I started this blog too!!! That's sad, but oh well, never fear, here is one of my newest space scapes!! I made it for the SAC (Space Art Competition), and I got 3rd place! Not too bad for doing this for the first time!!! I really enjoyed this competition and I think that I've learned a lot from it!! Everything in the picture was made on Paint.NET except for the bigger ship. Pretty cool, and no, I didn't make the award, haha. I hope to get better and get first place on the next competition! I hope you liked the picture that I made as much as I enjoyed making it!! Feel free to comment as usual!

Fractal

We will miss you Julio! I have been working increasingly with Apophysis 7x, and this is my best attempt so far. It takes my computer for ever (about 5 hours) to render a single good quality fractal... The colors were heavily manipulated with Paint.Net.
